Well, Brady’s first year of school has come and gone. He had an amazing year of Kindergarten. I just got done going through a large paper bag that was sent home this week, full of things he made and worked on throughout the year. I have to say that this year has been one of such growth for him, he started school as a shy, nervous little boy and now he is a mature, confident young man and it has been wonderful to see him blossom and grow. I have enjoyed hearing about his days at school, the friends he made and his accomplishments in learning. Every day he came home with lots of stuff to tell me and as soon as the car door opened when I picked him up, he had a smile on his face and couldn’t wait to tell me about something new he had learned. The enthusiasm he had made me so proud! I had so much fun this year too! The kids worked on Kindergarten Scrapbooks and they turned out so cute! It was chaotic and crazy having 20 kids do scrapbook pages, but in the end it was worth it! They were all so proud of them and I am so happy to have been a part of it. I loved accompanying his class to the duck pond and the zoo also, it was so neat to watch the kids learning about the world around them. I am a little sad as one door closes and another opens. I can’t believe my little man is growing up so fast and can’t believe the school year is already over! So now, we look back on a wonderful first year and are already excited to see what 1st grade has in store for us!
