We had a pretty un-eventful weekend, which is fine by me because I am still battling a sinus infection after almost a month! Saturday Scott had to work for the better part of the afternoon and into that evening (they were having a customer issue that had to be resolved). So that kind of made Saturday boring. The kids and I just mostly played out back on the swingset. Sunday we had a nice surprise visit from Scott’s parents who had been in Lockhart on Saturday for an Anniversary party for some friends’ parents. It was a nice, but quick, visit and I think the kids really enjoyed the surprise of it all. Here are a few photos that I took yesterday after we did lawn work.

The birdbath has turned into the community water hole….our little resident squirrel and our dogs think it’s there for them too.
