I finally got Finalist on a popular photography website called Better Photo. For almost a year now I have tried and tried and tried to at least make finalist in their contest, and every month I get dissapointed because I don’t see my image in the finalists gallery. Well, today I got the email I have been waiting for saying I had made it into the finals!! I am soooooo excited, this was just what I needed too as just this week I had started to throw in the towel on winning a contest. I still have to be chosen as a March Contest winner so until I hear back on that, I will relish what I have achieved so far. Here is an excerpt from my email today…

They choose 10 winners from each category, mine is in the Details and Macro group and there were 81 finalists so hopefully the odds are with me!!!
